A Love Story:

The Journey of

Arthur and Cattie Epps

In the quaint halls of Macedonia Baptist Church, a beautiful love story began to unfold in 1955. It was here that Arthur and Cattie first crossed paths, their lives intertwining in a way that would forever change their destinies.

As they exchanged glances and smiles, a spark ignited, leading them to begin dating in 1956. Their bond deepened over shared values and laughter, and by the summer of 1958, they took a significant step forward in their relationship—becoming engaged.

On November 2, 1958, they exchanged vows, promising to support and cherish one another for all time. From this union blossomed two beautiful children, who would grow to embody the love and devotion their parents shared.

Throughout the years, Arthur and Cattie have remained devoted to one another, epitomizing love, happiness, trust, and honor. Their favorite saying, "Love Conquers All Things," reflects the foundation upon which their relationship is built—love, trust, and understanding. As they journeyed through life together, their bond was further strengthened by the love of their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Today, Arthur and Cattie continue to exude wisdom and grace, embodying a profound love for God and family. Their enduring relationship stands as a testament to the power of love, inspiring those around them to cherish their own connections. In their story, we see a remarkable example of how love, nurtured by trust and understanding, can conquer all challenges, creating a legacy that will be cherished for generations to come.

As they reflect on their beautiful journey, it’s clear that they are not just partners in love; they are a beacon of hope and inspiration for all who know them.
